The year started abroad, travelled Chile on 4th of Jan and came back in march in hurry because flights were getting banned as covid19 was spreading.
This year has taught everyone a lots of things, the complete lockdown situation which started in March taught the value of self dependency.
March 16th was the last day of the year we visited office afterwards its still work from home.
Had few resolutions to accomplished this year, getting flat belly and and switching organization were one of them, glad could achieved them.
Additionally, improved the sleeping hours, though its really hard to balance time when completely working from home, waking up early morning has become a norm.
Achieved great stamina in workouts, could run KMs without break( it was breathtaking before :P), could hold up to 5 minutes in Plank (now 3 minutes to roz ka hai :P) .
Leant handstand, can hold it for 1.15 minutes against wall, in few seconds in free style, it still needs improvements.
With hope 2021 would bring more energy, achievements and learnings signing off 2020, goodbye!
