The growing little angel

On January it was her 2nd birthday, her mischievousness is growing much faster than her. She is an amazingly talkative and highly agile. It's hard to make her sit at one place and manage her to keep quiet. Half of the time the language she speaks in, she understands better. But the thing is that if you are her listener, then you have no choice, you have to give a response to her each of her sentences, it doesn't matter if you understood or not. For some reason, if you did not answer or respond, she will hold your chin turn your face towards her, repeat the same alien sentence and stare at your eyes until you respond.

The last time when I saw her, she was just 8 months old, we did not meet after that, but whenever someone showed her my picture or me over the video call, she clearly pointed out that I'm her chachu.
When I went home after completing one and a half year, by then she old enough to walk and talk (She became 23 months old). I remembered her expression she saw me, she along with her parent came to the airport to receive me. Before I landed she was happy and excited that chachu is coming, and suddenly when I was right in front of her, she shrank herself into her mother's lap. She kept on staring me from behind her mother's dupatta. Whenever I looked back she turned her head quickly and pretended she wasn't looking at me.
Gradually, within the journey between airport to the home she excepted that I do exist, she came and sat next to my seat and touched my hand and looked at he mom said, "mammy ye to chachu hain".
I took her up, hugged tightly and said: "han beta main hun wo chachu jo itne dino se bhaga hua tha tum se door".
And this is how she started mingling up which become so strong that whenever an airplane passes over her, she runs to her mom and says "Mammy, chachu plane mein ja rahe hain" and starts crying to bring the plan down and she wants her chachu back home {innoncance :D }.
